As a motorcycle enthusiast, Jett often embarks on biking hikes and does 50 push-ups during commercial breaks. “Most days I feel like 25,” Jett told The New York Times during an interview some years back. The Everyday People singer credits her toned physique and youthful vibe to her lifestyle or, more precisely, a grueling performance schedule. Just this year, she has about 36 upcoming concerts lined up across two countries. “It’s so physical,” Jett told The New York Times while opening up about her work days. Apparently, she has also been doing punk-rock workouts since she was 15!
