In a recent interview with Forbes, the Australian actress revealed, “I wouldn’t say I have a typical skincare routine, as my routine changes based on where I am, what I’m doing, and the weather.” In the same interview, she opened up about her skincare routine, saying, “Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! As someone with very fair skin, I’m very serious about sun protection and have been since I was a kid… I’m so grateful my parents were serious about sun protection when I was a child! Growing up in Australia, we spent so much time at the beach, my parents were always very serious about keeping my skin safe from the sun.”

Another constant in her skincare arsenal is “loads and loads of water,” Kidman shared in the Forbes interview. Since the actor has rather sensitive skin, she rarely experiments with her routine. But when it comes to stepping out on the red carpet and putting her best foot forward, she vehemently insists on the importance of hydrating well with loads and loads of water. 

Speaking to Forbes, the Paddington star explained how she manages her skin on days when it isn’t feeling all too well. She said, “When I’m feeling like my skin is maybe looking a little bit dull or needs a bit of a refresh, I love using Seratopical Gleaming Brightener and a spritz of our Harmony Face and Neck Toner.” Kidman added that it helps alleviate the stress from jet lag, long hours of wearing makeup, and more by restoring the skin’s barrier function and reducing dullness, dryness, or breakouts.
